Recruitment

As the Membership Vice President of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority, I am in charge of organizing a recruitment process involving over 2,000 women. This includes creating workshops that teach the best methods for recruiting women that align with the organizations values as well as recruiting individuals that will best represent our organization. This recruitment experience has taught me how to utilize social media and networking techniques to inform individuals of what our organization has to offer. Through this experience, I have also learned the importance of retention, and the necessary steps that are required after the recruitment process. This includes serving the members of the organization as well as setting expectations early.
