Organization

As the Membership Vice President of Gamma Phi Beta, I organize a recruitment process involving over 2,000 women. Preparation for the recruitment process requires organizing and facilitating several workshops throughout the year as well as managing a team of 10 women. As the Overall of Personnel for the March of Dimes Collegiate Council, I have organized staff trainings as well as managing a team of over 25 people. Both of these executive positions have required me to manage large events that take up to 8 months of organization and preparation. I have learned how to remain organized in fast-paced environments as well as being able to move between in-person and virtual platforms.
