Leadership

I have demonstrated the skill of leadership through my experience on the executive council of two on-campus organizations. I was elected by members of both organizations to serve as a leader, and have consistently met the challenges of heading a large organization. I have taken the lead on several organizational reformations including promotional materials and the addition of several committees in order to promote member involvement. My leadership experience has also allowed me to communicate with international advisors, giving me the opportunity to suggest changes that could propel the organization forward. These leadership opportunities have allowed me to explore my leadership style as well as adjust to working with various organizations with different values and expectations.
